What payment methods are available to make a purchase?
We accept purchases using credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and Paypal. Credit card purchases are accessed through the Paypal site.
I do not have Paypal account. Can I still proceed with payment? How can I make a payment with my credit card?
Yes, you can still proceed with payment without having Paypal account. Please follow below step-by-step guide to make payment with credit card.

Fill out the card details, billing address and contact details. Click “Pay now”, and you will receive notification for a successful payment.
What happens after I purchase the eBook?
Once you have paid for this product you will be able to access a digital download of the book. We will provide three different versions of the book, i.e. PDF download, EPUB download and MOBI download. The links to download the files will be sent immediately to the email address that you enter.
Which version should I choose? Do I need special software or hardware to read eBooks?
That depends on your Operating System and if you would like to read your eBooks on your PC or on a handheld device. All you need is your PC, laptop or handheld device and the free Reader software. For Reader software, we recommend using PDF Reader for PDF download, EPUB reader for EPUB download or Kindle for MOBI download. In general, PDF version would be the easiest to open in any device.
Will I be able to view my eBooks offline using the eBook Reader for iOS and Android?
Yes. You just need to sync with your bookshelf and download the eBook the first time. Once the eBook is downloaded onto your device, you can read them offline anytime anywhere!
I have made a purchase but am yet to receive an email. What should I do?
As soon as a successful purchase is made, you will receive an email containing links to the eBook file. If you do not receive any email within 24 hours, please kindly let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org Our team will be delighted to assist you.
I have received the file in my email. How can I access it?
In the email containing your purchased eBook file, click on the download link. Find the saved PDF, EPUB or MOBI file on your computer. By default, files are saved to your computer’s “Downloads” folder.
If you already have the Reader software, simply double-click an eBook file to start reading. If you do not have any Reader software, you can download the appropriate software to be able to read the book.
We recommend saving each downloaded file in your designated folder for future use.
When attempting to download my preferred file type, I’ve received an error message saying that I’ve already reached my download limit.
Please kindly check on your computer’s “Downloads” folder. Most likely, the file has been downloaded. Once located, you can double click and start accessing the eBook.
If the file cannot be located, please kindly email us at email@example.com and our team will assist you to access your eBook.
